Gabe is the Director of Colorado Commercial Real Estate for Douglas Elliman with his data-driven outlook on the market as a whole, as well as his extensive experience – certified commercial appraiser, successful investor, developer, and business owner. For over 20 years, he has thrived on providing honest, research-based advice and analysis to each of his business, institutional, and private clients, and is consistently able to close deals with his detail-oriented and steady approach.
Based in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley, Gabe works within a unique market where reputation, local knowledge, and long-term trust are key to success. He advises across Western Colorado and the mountain West on strategic real estate opportunities: commercial assets and development land, to ranches, legacy properties, and complex holdings.
With a background spanning both valuation and brokerage, Gabe’s work is built on a deep understanding of the region’s evolving markets, limited supply dynamics, and the tightly knit mountain communities where relationships often drive opportunity.
Originally from in and around NYC, Gabe was drawn to Boulder, Colorado during his college years and earned his degree in Design Studies from the University of Colorado-School of Architecture. A father, husband, skier, biker and hiker - he is always on the move!
